New course on sex work and sex workers. A student indicates that a new course is available: Labour Studies 415: Sex Work and Sex Workers. Students respond enthusiastically, suggesting they “can’t wait.”
Graduate programs have presentation components. A student asks where the graduate program presentation components are held. One student responds that the students create PowerPoints or other visuals with speaking notes recorded on top. The presentations are then shared on Brightspace as a discussion post or submitted to the course instructor via Dropbox. Another student says AU is partnered with NAIT, and sometimes, NAIT hosts the in-person labs at either Athabasca or Edmonton.
