Daniel Akinjise

Daniel, a Nigerian-born and Canada-based licensed Human Resources professional with diverse work experience across various industries and continents. Passionate about using technology to enhance HR practices, as well as promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Daniel is a young, active citizen who has been recognized and awarded by various organizations for his contributions to youth development, good governance, capacity building, and environmental sustainability. He is the founder of two youth-led initiatives, TAD Initiative and Young & Black Canada (www.youngandblack.ca), and a member of several networks and movements advocating for social change and innovation. He is also a published author, having written multiple books and articles on different topics. He holds a Master’s Degree In Business and Artificial Intelligence and a Senior Professional Human Resource License from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), USA and currently serves as a volunteer Subject Matter Expert at the same organization.
