Marie Well

I’m Marie Well, as in healthy well. At least, that’s my aim—to get well and make you well. We all have woes, from breakups to cancer to hoarder houses. I’m here to fix those woes—with tips mixed with my own tales.

Why read me? I’ve got a track record of fixin’ stuff. I’ve cured myself of anxiety. For a decade, I had anxiety attacks that struck almost daily. When not stricken, I’d write Voice articles, mostly on how to combat stress.

And then my world changed. One week went by with no attacks. A month. A year. Two years. And counting.

Now, I want to skyrocket our health—and bolster our creativity. After all, nothing soothes better than strokes of paint or tones of music or reps in a gym.

So, let’s get fit, creative, and well with Marie Well.

The Academic Power Behind a Kind Word

Sometimes, a kind word can change the course of our lives.  It can transform loss, failure, or regret into a second chance—bringing renewed energy to make our dreams a reality.  With the right encouragement, the burdens we’ve carried for so long can dissolve instantly.  Perhaps we realize that our dream wasn’t meant for then—it was… Read more »

How to Not be Combative on Social Media

I aim to show love for everyone without any sparring, although I’ve been trained in combative sports.  Social media brings out sparring behavior, but it creates turmoil in my soul to take a strong view of one group against another.  However, I care deeply about our Jewish community.  I think the entire victim versus oppressor… Read more »

Become One Another’s Guardian Angel

I recently read a book about angels by Lorna Byrne, who claims to have spoken and interacted with angels since childhood.  She suggests that each of us has a guardian angel who follows us everywhere, mirrors our every move, loves us with an indescribable euphoria, and does everything possible to guide us toward unconditional love… Read more »

The Arrow for Hitting the CMO Target

I’ve got the secret for climbing the corporate ranks that could otherwise crush us if we didn’t have this insight.  We might think we are a corporate three when we’re a ten just because we don’t have the right tools.  We may not realize that the failure is not us but a lack of access… Read more »

My Experience with Wikipedia

My experience with Wikipedia has been a source of frustration.  I shared The Marriage Foundation’s unconventional views on unconditional love, which lasted a day or two.  And then it was promptly deleted.  Then, I attempted to contribute to a page on AI and consciousness, citing a large-scale longitudinal study, only to have my comments dismissed… Read more »

Unemployment Opens Opportunities

When temporarily jobless, we can bust a move on other fronts, making waves that enrich lives.  Throw in a little impulsivity, which is typically a weakness, and some surprising growth opportunities may arise.  That’s because everything has a silver lining: weakness and strength, good and bad, although strengths and goodness trump all.  For instance, every… Read more »

The Strategy for Securing Six-Figure Jobs

We all can earn six figures, seven figures, or much more.  Nothing is truly out of our reach.  Only our self-limiting beliefs prevent us from achieving impossible dreams.  If we want to catapult to great heights, first, realize we can accomplish anything we wish, no matter how severe our present circumstances are.  I’ve seen people… Read more »

Can We Introduce a New Theory into Higher Education

I want to take the practical, theoretical model of unconditional love created by the founder of The Marriage Foundation and turn it into a proposed theoretical model for higher education.  Researching if any online universities would enable me to do an online PhD dissertation to introduce a theory and in which department indicated that introducing… Read more »

I’m a … CMO!

The bigger we dream and the more splendid our vision, the more opportunities come our way.  These opportunities could be academic research or scholarship possibilities, career opportunities, or even the creation of magnificent things with our own hands; no external help is required, although teams make brilliant things naturally. I won a scholarship, and I’ll… Read more »
